I wanted to share how exceptional Jimmy Heckenberg was throughout the sale of my home. Everything he said he would do, he did. Jimmy and his team were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Jimmy worked hard to get my house sold for the highest possible price. He’s the best in the business, and I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to sell their home. They’re absolutely incredible.

Working with Jimmy has almost no words that can truly describe his commitment to his clients. From listing through sale, Jimmy and his staff are by your side every step of the way. No question is too small, no ask is too big, if Jimmy doesn’t have an immediate answer you can be assured he or a member of his team will.
Professional was never doubted, however, from our 1st meeting Jimmy went even far and above any expectation I could have hoped for. Jimmy turned what most would consider an extremely stressful time into one filled with support and guidance. Jimmy earned more than my Trust through my sale, he also earned my utmost respect, and my best way to categorize the experience of working with Jimmy Heckenberg on a Real Estate transaction is AMAZING!

Jimmy gets the job done! From the get go

Could not have asked for a better experience than working with Jimmy and his team. He not only got us into a house that was better than we imagined when we started this process, but as first-time buyers we learned so much about real estate from Jimmy and Jennifer (from his team). He was able to negotiate great credits for us during escrow, and somehow made the whole process quite fast and easy (no drawn out bidding wars or heartbreaks) - which seems like a rarity in LA! If you're lucky enough to work with Jimmy, you should absolutely jump at the opportunity. We look forward to having him as our LA real estate resource long-term.

Jimmy did an incredible job selling our condo in Santa Monica. We live in NJ so Jimmy handled EVERYTHING for us, making it incredibly easy to sell this property from across the country. We also were highly motivated to have a quick close and Jimmy got the deal done with an all cash buyer and a quick close. He was super helpful every step of the way and we’re very happy with the outcome of our sale.

Jimmy went above and beyond for us and we can’t say thank you enough. I’ve been working with other agents for more than two years and in a few months of rigorous touring and locational scouting we found the perfect home, and in an era where we were losing out on houses that were closing 10% over ask he somehow secured us our dream home at 10% under ask. If you’re serious about buying a home and want to make sure you get a good deal, go with Jimmy.

Jimmy and his team were exceptional. Their knowledge of the area, expert negotiation skills, and accurate pricing strategies were key to a successful sale. Communication was consistently clear and timely. Having bought and sold numerous properties, I can confidently say that Jimmy and his team were the best I've ever worked with. Their consistent scheduling of showings was also much appreciated. I will absolutely use them again for my future real estate needs.

Jimmy is awesome. He knows everything about real estate, but more importantly he really seems to care about the people he's working with. Jimmy went out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure I was taken care of. Anytime I had an issue he figured out a solution. Not to mention he's just a nice guy. I will most definitely work with him again, in fact I already have plans to do so next year.
