I've worked with about 4 or 5 realtors over the years, and Jimmy was by far the worst. He's a really good salesmen and good at getting you to sign an exclusive contract, but after you sign he is a complete let down.

We attempted to sell our home with him, and he repeatedly put "Open House" signs at the wrong address. He made excuse after excuse how it was not his fault, and never took responsibility for anything. He also never came to our property one time, and put no effort into marketing our property online. We even heard from another realtor at his company that he was speaking poorly about the neighborhood we lived in and that's one of the reasons he never showed up himself. When we were unsatisfied with him as our realtor, we asked to part ways, but he bullied us into staying with him. We felt like we were being held hostage.

Maybe we were too small of a client for him, but if you are like us...just regular people trying to find an honest realtor, someone who will care about you and your home, this is definitely not the guy. Look elsewhere!

Jimmy was fantastic from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, understands the market, strategies to work with the sellers to get you exactly what you want- overall a really great experience. We were competing with 4 other buyers and Jimmy new exactly the right price to come in at, with the right contingencies to get the house! No issues, no regrets, 100% would use him again.

Bought a home in 2023.
Jimmy knows the market unlike anyone else I have ever met. He has a unique understanding and belief structure about the real estate he deals with. He brought me two off market opportunities. He was loyal to me and earned my trust and respect. I will absolutely return to Jimmy when it is time for the next transaction.

We were looking to buy something nice yet affordable in Los Angeles, and we needed it done quickly and effectively. Jimmy understood this and helped us accomplished all our goals! From the multiple viewings, to the negotiations, to the closing, everything was done very promptly and efficiently. Jimmy and his team ate the best of the best. Giving us brilliant advice from the time of listing to the closing. He was responsive, empathetic knowledgeable and understood our needs and communication cadence well. We sold in less then a week and over ask. Thank you Jimmy and team. Definitely use this team.

Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in The flats, Beverly hills, CA.
Easy to communicate and showed us dozens of homes. Many listings were emailed to us with the exact specs that we were looking for. Picks up the phone and responds at any time of the day and really goes out of the way to make sure we are comfortable with our purchase. Even after the sale, still communicates with us and follows up.

Jimmy is amazing! He is so knowledgable which really helped us make the best informed decision. We were working really fast and we got nervous because it’s a really big decision but Jimmy was patient and made sure we were comfortable. Jimmy and his team were so efficient and were able to get us in to all the homes we wanted to see very quickly. We got a good deal on a property thanks to Jimmy. We are new to this area and Jimmy and his team helped answer all of the questions that came up even after we closed. Will only be working with Jimmy and his team from now on!!

Jimmy is an expert on the market and always has the inside scoop. His market intelligence helped us make sure we always knew what a house was “worth” and where recent trades were happening in that neighborhood approaching home buying like making an investment. His connectivity helped us see several homes before they hit the market and ultimately we were able to avoid a bidding war by Jimmy finding us our new home off-market. Most importantly, Jimmy can close the deal with smooth execution. An agent that listens and advises is very hard to find in a competitive market where most brokers are just focused on volume, not full service. Could not be happier
