I've worked with about 4 or 5 realtors over the years, and Jimmy was by far the worst. He's a really good salesmen and good at getting you to sign an exclusive contract, but after you sign he is a complete let down.

We attempted to sell our home with him, and he repeatedly put "Open House" signs at the wrong address. He made excuse after excuse how it was not his fault, and never took responsibility for anything. He also never came to our property one time, and put no effort into marketing our property online. We even heard from another realtor at his company that he was speaking poorly about the neighborhood we lived in and that's one of the reasons he never showed up himself. When we were unsatisfied with him as our realtor, we asked to part ways, but he bullied us into staying with him. We felt like we were being held hostage.

Maybe we were too small of a client for him, but if you are like us...just regular people trying to find an honest realtor, someone who will care about you and your home, this is definitely not the guy. Look elsewhere!

Jimmy was fantastic from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, understands the market, strategies to work with the sellers to get you exactly what you want- overall a really great experience. Jimmy is amazing! He is so knowledgable which really helped us make the best informed decision.
