Jimmy went above and beyond for us and we can’t say thank you enough. I’ve been working with other agents for more than two years and in a few months of rigorous touring and locational scouting we found the perfect home, and in an era where we were losing out on houses that were closing 10% over ask he somehow secured us our dream home at 10% under ask. If you’re serious about buying a home and want to make sure you get a good deal, go with Jimmy.

Jimmy and his team were exceptional. Their knowledge of the area, expert negotiation skills, and accurate pricing strategies were key to a successful sale. Communication was consistently clear and timely. Having bought and sold numerous properties, I can confidently say that Jimmy and his team were the best I've ever worked with. Their consistent scheduling of showings was also much appreciated. I will absolutely use them again for my future real estate needs.

Jimmy is awesome. He knows everything about real estate, but more importantly he really seems to care about the people he's working with. Jimmy went out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure I was taken care of. Anytime I had an issue he figured out a solution. Not to mention he's just a nice guy. I will most definitely work with him again, in fact I already have plans to do so next year.

Not only did my family and I have a very negative experience with Jimmy and his team, upon posting an honest, yet negative review, Jimmy responded with “After conducting a thorough internal review, we couldn't locate any record of our team engaging in business with you. This is not a client of ours as we never had any agreement with them. We take immense pride in our commitment to client satisfaction and transparency.”

That is a straight lie. I am happy to provide any documentation to support the agreement that my family had with Jimmy and his team. It’s one thing to provide terrible service and then it’s another to lie about it.

Would not recommend or work with this team again.

I recently had the privilege of working with Jimmy as my agent, and I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service and expertise provided. I also cannot overstate Jimmy’s persistence.

My home search in the Los Angeles area began in 2021. Shortly after starting my search, I met Jimmy at an open house. From here, Jimmy took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget. He continued to reach out with house options over the next couple years, considering what I liked and did not like. Over 3 years later, I closed on the perfect house all thanks to Jimmy.

My family & I do not only consider Jimmy as an outstanding real estate agent, but also as a friend. From our initial meeting to the closing of my new home, Jimmy exceeded my expectations in every way.

We had such a great experience with Jimmy as our real estate agent! Jimmy helped guide us through our first home buying experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the intricacies of the market in each neighborhood. Jimmy is organized, thoughtful, and has a huge team behind him that are all always available to assist. We're so happy we were able to work with Jimmy on this transaction, and are excited to work with him in the future as well!

Jimmy hustles and gets the job done. Unfortunately, even when the price is fair, people try to get more and more discounts so you have to stand your ground. I was happy to finally sell this unit.

There are a lot of great real estate agents in Los Angeles, but we went with Jimmy Heckenberg due to his wealth of knowledge, experience, and connections in the city. He was born and bred in the real estate business here in L.A., so he was familiar with every area and the nuances of each neighborhood market and each individual house: gauging the proper value given local trends, the quality of the construction, and the potential re-sale value down the road. Be it through his network or his intuition, he also showed a great sense of the sellers' agents flexibility, accurately predicting the eventual sales price of every house. When we were finally ready to strike ourselves, he attacked like a cobra with firmness to make sure we landed the house that we wanted without sacrificing our family's budget. For people like us who aren't experienced in buying, it was invaluable to have a veteran general leading the charge and coordinating the strategy.

I've worked with about 4 or 5 realtors over the years, and Jimmy was by far the worst. He's a really good salesmen and good at getting you to sign an exclusive contract, but after you sign he is a complete let down.

We attempted to sell our home with him, and he repeatedly put "Open House" signs at the wrong address. He made excuse after excuse how it was not his fault, and never took responsibility for anything. He also never came to our property one time, and put no effort into marketing our property online. We even heard from another realtor at his company that he was speaking poorly about the neighborhood we lived in and that's one of the reasons he never showed up himself. When we were unsatisfied with him as our realtor, we asked to part ways, but he bullied us into staying with him. We felt like we were being held hostage.

Maybe we were too small of a client for him, but if you are like us...just regular people trying to find an honest realtor, someone who will care about you and your home, this is definitely not the guy. Look elsewhere!

Jimmy was fantastic from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, understands the market, strategies to work with the sellers to get you exactly what you want- overall a really great experience. We were competing with 4 other buyers and Jimmy new exactly the right price to come in at, with the right contingencies to get the house! No issues, no regrets, 100% would use him again.
